These terms govern your use of Snelap AI. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. Snelap AI is licensed for use by your institute, not resold or sublicensed to third parties.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically per your billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Free trials do not require a card and convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it to store unlawful content.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
