Every Snelap AI plan starts with a free trial, so you can evaluate the platform fully before paying anything.
Trial period
No card is required to start a trial, and no charge is made unless you actively subscribe to a paid plan.
Cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@snelapai.comand we'll review it promptly.
